Rabies Antibody Test Report (Blood Test) shall be made by the laboratories designated by General Administration of Customs, P.R. China as follows:
Note: * Laboratories in countries highlighted in blue are ones included in the OIE Reference Laboratories for Rabies.
Given there are no such laboratories as listed below in your residence country, it is suggested to contact any one designated and located comparatively close to your country to confirm if collaborative service can be provided.
* Blood test can be made upon your arrival at the quarantine Venus International Hotel, which will be proceeded by the China Customs. Blood test fee is 25USD per dog.

Important: The Quarantine requirements and designated Venus hotel are only for foreign exhibitors who enter China via Shanghai airports. Otherwise, please find hotels and contact local authority in which city you will arrive for quarantine regulations on your own. In this context, any problems arise will be at your own risk.
Arrival and Departure Dates of Overseas Entry:
Arrival: April 26, 2019 (at the earliest)
Departure: May 8, 2019 (at the latest)
The CKU will facilitate the application for the import of one or more dogs. The veterinarians will complete the forms and the stamps will be authorized by the Government Veterinary Department.
The fee is USD130.00 per dog which includes round-trip shuttle between the airport and hotel and the hotel and show venue ( airport hotel and hotel show venue during show days ).
Important: Please confirm in advance with airline you will take that if two dogs are allowed to board before making entry. If allowed, documentation fee for the second dog under the same person passport is USD70.00.
