At the age of 10, Akitas, Japanese Spitz and German Shepherd Dogs were my close friends. In 1950, my father’s male German Shepherd Dog won the prize VA1 in Japan and became the Japanese No. 1 German Shepherd Dog. In 1997, my male German Shepherd Dog “Alf Of Zazen “ won the prize VA1 in Japan and became the Japanese No. 1 German Shepherd Dog. In 1975, I began breeding Pomeranians, and later became also involved in breeding German Shepherd Dogs, Papillons, Toy Poodles, Standard Poodles and other breeds as well. At the age of 12, I handled a German Shepherd Dog as well as Japanese Spitz and won the BIS prize. Acted as a handler from 1973 to 1987. In 1985, I handled Pomeranians in particular. In 1985, I was chosen as No. 1 Excellent Handler. I got BIS for 23 times with Pomeranians and R. BIS for 15 times in 1985. 1n 1988, I retired from handling and became a judge.
