William Rodríguez Umaña COSTA RICA Lawyer and Journalist by profession, International Judge of All Rounder of the FCI-ACC, licensed as a judge of all breeds in AKC and CKC. He is currently the President of the Federación Canófila of Costa Rica and President of the Central American and Caribbean Union. Has been breeder for over twenty years of the following breeds: German Shepherd, Salt and Pepper, and Black Miniature Schnauzer, Doberman, Australian Terrier, wired Fox Terrier, Yorkshire Terrier, English Pointer, English Setter, Papillón, Pekingese, Pug, and Wippets, obtaining copies with multiple championships, including world champions. Has judged several times in USA, Canadá, México, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panamá, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Australia, New Zeland, Japan, India, Bulgaria, Moldavia, Rumania, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands Taiwan. Thailand, Malaysia, China and Philippines. He has specialized national court the following breeds: Kuvasz, Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Cardigan Welsh Corgi, German Shepherd, Australian Shepherd, Australian Cattle Dog, Border Collie, Boxer, Doberman, Rottweiler, Schanauzer, Shar Pei, English Setter, English Bulldog, Terriers , Siverian Husky, English Pointer, Vizlas, Golden Retrievers, Labrador Charged, Poodles, Papillon, Pugs, French Bulldog, Japanese Ching, and Boston Terrier. Has also represented many times by their association with the major assemblies and meetings of the FCI. Has organized as SICALAM International Show 2007, Americas and the Caribbean 2004, seminars for Judges Section of the Americas and the Caribbean 2009, and has also organizer of The Americas and Caribbean 2014. Now is the new Organizer of the Show Section of the Americas and Caribbean FCI 2020.
