Yang-Hsien Lin (CHN)
When Mr. Lin was a child, he has already known a lot of culture related to German Shepherd Dog, his father is the first dog trainer in Taiwan who also is a horse trainer.He graduated from National Chiayi University.1979~1983 He used to work as a director and chief editor for a magazine which related to German Shepherd Dog.1984 established a weekly dog magazine which still runs.became the member of PDA Police Dog Association1985 became the member of SV1986 became the breeding judge of Taiwan PDA Police Dog Association1986~1996 went to Germany annually to interview Bundessiegerzuchtschau1987 went to Germany, be authorized by SV and became an international judge of German shepherd dog. At that time, less than 40 judges got this qualification, and Mr. Lin is one of the four qualified Asians.since 1986 judged in China Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippine, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Korea, Australia and Kingdom of Bahrain and so on.1987 served as executive director of Taiwan PDA Police Dog Association from 1987 to 1999, and secretary general from 1993 to 1995.1988 He represented Taiwan PDA Police Dog Association, took two dogs to participate in First World German Shepherd Dog Training Competition which hold by W.U.S.V in Germany.1992 got Taiwan PDA Police Dog Association training judge certificate.1993 became the member of PDA Police Dog Association Judge Committee2002~2007 served as the chief editor in two popular Chinese magazine about German Shepherd Dog .since 2008 became the member of CSV, and served as the general consultant of breeding department as well as chief editor of CSV magazine and judged CSV shows regularly. Since 2015, he serves as the chief judge for Open Dogs in CSV annual show.
